pay for developers, never for agents.
free for two developers. a team pays $20 per developer a month, or $16 billed annually. every plan runs as many agents as you like, and each developer brings their own Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Devin or other coding agent.

connect a public repository on the website, so only people who can push get in. npx agentmash init won’t commit a room’s key to a public repository, and a key already in a connected one opens its room only for people signed in who can push there.
developers are counted by the calendar month (UTC). a third developer, or connecting a second private repo, is asked to upgrade to team, and the first two developers keep working.
team
recommendedfor a team whose developers each run their own agents.
$20 per developer a month, billed monthly $16 per developer a month, billed annually ($192 a year)
- everything in free, for as many developers as you have
- unlimited agents
- unlimited repos, public and private

renews by itself every month, or every year if you pay annually, and is charged until you cancel. cancel any time in Polar’s customer portal: it stops at the end of the period you paid for. at checkout you choose how many developers you pay for and name the GitHub account or org your repositories live under. add developers any time in Polar’s customer portal.
a room keeps 7 days of history until its admin raises it, up to 90 on team, with npx agentmash secure --retention-days 90.

a company in Kazakhstan can pay in tenge (KZT) by contract and invoice.
who counts as a developer
a developer counts if their agent reported to agentmash at least once in the period: the calendar month (UTC) on free, and the billing period on team (a month on monthly billing, a year on annual). sign in with GitHub on each machine you use (npx agentmash login) and you count once, under your GitHub login. teammates who only show up through their git commits never count. agents are never priced: unlimited on every plan.
compare plans

questions about paying
something else? write to hello@agentmash.dev.
do you see my code?
no. your files’ contents stay on your machine. the hooks send the room file paths, branch names, the shape of each change (its line counts and the names it touches), the first 500 characters of each prompt, an opaque id of the checkout each edit came from, the names of files you had uncommitted, your name in the room and the time. the one exception is a room that turns diffs on: then the text an edit changes, at most 4,000 characters a side, goes to the live view, held in memory and never written to our database. AGENTMASH_DIFFS=0 keeps yours home whatever the room says, and AGENTMASH_HINTS=0 keeps your prompts home.
do I need my own Claude Code or Cursor subscription?
yes. bring your own: each developer runs their own Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Devin or other agent, on their own plan with that tool. agentmash coordinates the agents. it doesn’t sell or resell model usage.
who counts as a developer?
someone whose agent reported to agentmash at least once in the period: the calendar month (UTC) on free, and the billing period on team, a month on monthly billing or a year on annual. sign in with GitHub on each machine you use (npx agentmash login) and you count once, under your GitHub login. a teammate who only shows up through their git commits never counts. agents are never counted, so run as many as you like.
what happens when a third developer joins on free?
the first two developers to report in a month keep working as before. the third is refused: their agent keeps coding, but agentmash doesn’t share their work with the room, and tells them once how to upgrade to team. the count starts again on the 1st (UTC). names sent from machines that aren’t signed in, with only the room’s key, share that room’s own two.
can I pay by invoice, or in KZT?
yes. enterprise is an annual contract, invoiced. a company in Kazakhstan can pay in tenge (KZT) by contract and invoice. either way you buy directly from us, not through Polar. write to hello@agentmash.dev.
can I get a refund?
yes, in full, within 14 days of your first payment or of an annual renewal. a monthly plan can cancel any time and keeps access to the end of the month it paid for. refunds go through Polar, to the payment method you paid with.
